MOKiN™ covers every genuine product purchased from mokin.my or our authorised official stores with a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects — starting from the day your order is delivered. Our GaN chargers and accessories are SIRIM-certified and built to IEC 62368-1:2018 Class 1 safety standards, and we back that with one of the most straightforward warranty policies in Malaysia.

Warranty Coverage

All genuine MOKiN™ products purchased from mokin.my are covered for 24 months from the date of delivery. Coverage is based on how long ago your order arrived:

0 – 30 days Full replacement or full refund MOKiN covers all shipping — both ways
31 – 60 days Replacement unit You pay return shipping to us; we cover outbound
61 days – 24 months Replacement unit You cover both-way shipping

International orders (Singapore & Hong Kong): Warranty claims require photo or video evidence of the defect submitted via WhatsApp or email with your order number. Return of the unit to our Malaysia service centre may be required for inspection. Outbound return shipping for international claims is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise advised by our team.

What Is Not Covered

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers on Lazada, Lelong, Shopee, or any other platform
  • Products purchased through unauthorised resellers (warranty is void)
  • Damage caused by using non-certified chargers or cables
  • Physical damage — drops, burns, cuts, or power surges
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Free or gift products without a valid proof of purchase

Before submitting a claim, please check your product's FAQ page and attempt all troubleshooting steps. If the issue persists and you believe it is a manufacturing defect, reach out with your order number and a brief description of the problem:

Purchases Through Other Retailers

Products purchased from other authorised retailers are subject to that retailer's after-sales policy. Contact the retailer directly for guidance on their specific process. Unauthorised reselling of MOKiN™ products is strictly prohibited and voids the warranty entirely.

MOKiN™ warranty applies to products purchased from mokin.my and our authorised official stores in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is not covered by the MOKiN warranty?

Physical damage, unauthorised seller purchases, and accessories-caused damage are not covered. Specifically excluded: drops, burns, cuts, power surges; items from unauthorised Lazada, Lelong, or Shopee sellers; items purchased through unauthorised resellers; and products used with non-certified chargers or cables.

When does my MOKiN warranty start?

Your 24-month warranty begins on the day your order is delivered — not the purchase date.

How do I make a warranty claim in Malaysia?

Email support@mokin.my or WhatsApp +601125560060 with your order number and a description of the defect. We respond within 1 business day.

What counts as valid proof of purchase?

A mokin.my order number, or a dated sales receipt from an authorised MOKiN reseller that shows the product description and price. If you bought from our official store, we can often locate your order by name, email address, or shipping address.

What if I have no proof of purchase?

If you purchased on mokin.my, we may be able to locate your order using your name, email, or delivery address. For authorised reseller purchases, ask the reseller for a receipt copy. If the product was a gift, the original buyer can provide the receipt or submit the claim on your behalf.

Does my warranty reset after a replacement?

No. The warranty period runs from your original purchase date and does not renew after a replacement unit is provided.

Who are MOKiN™'s authorised retailers and resellers?

For the current list of authorised retailers, email support@mokin.my. Purchasing from unauthorised sellers voids your warranty and may expose you to counterfeit products.
